Those with blood types O-, O+, A-, B- are encouraged to make a POWER RED donation if they meet the eligibility criteria. Those red blood cells are the most transfused component of your blood!

Remember to bring a photo ID (driver's license or Red Cross donor card or app). Eat a healthy breakfast/lunch and drink plenty of water before your scheduled donation. Eat foods that are high in iron and vitamin C.
