Jazz at St. Dunstan's is thrilled to welcome Proof of the Pudding, Yale’s premier SSAA jazz and swing a cappella group! Founded in 1975 (just six years after women were first admitted to Yale), Proof enjoys singing both retro jazz standards like “In the Mood” and “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy” and contemporary interpretations of the genre like Lorde and Lake Street Dive. With tight harmonies, intricate arrangements, captivating soloists, and a love of music past and present, Proof strives to honor the rich and dynamic history of jazz in all our performances. Some of Proof's recent performance venues include NYC's Feinstein's 54 Below and Seoul's Boogie Woogie Jazz Club. For nearly 50 years, Proof has been showing audiences from San Francisco to Seoul that when it comes to the talent of an SSAA jazz group, the proof really is in the pudding. Join us for a taste!
