Trees are having a moment and so is St. Dunstan’s—its 65 th ! On Sunday, October 22 at noon, we
will plant and bless a native tree to recognize the church’s anniversary, the 2023 diocesan
resolution “On Planting Trees for Special Occasions,” and the worldwide (Anglican) Communion
Forest.
John Shearin, curator of the Asian Collections at the U.S. National Arboretum and a member of
St. Philip’s/Laurel, will guide us. As we dig, he will talk about proper tree care and the
importance of trees.
Please come with your shovels (rain or shine) for a commemorative photo and to greet our new
green friend!

  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
